Massage is suitable from the early teenage years addressing conditions including lack of flexibility, muscle imbalances, growth and over use conditions like Osgood-Schlatter Syndrome and bursitis inflammation.

As we age joint stiffness, cardiovascular health, muscle tension and symptoms of stress become more relevant to massage therapy treatment.

This could include providing relief from repetitive movements, sport or work related injuries. Chronic conditions like back and neck pain. Reducing symptoms of stress brought on by study, work and general day to day pressures.

We often think about massage as providing relief or as a treatment for existing conditions. Massage is also excellent as a preventative measure.

A variety of massage techniques are on offer including -
Deep Tissue,
Dry Needling,
Cupping,
Myofascial Release,
Trigger Point Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage to reduce swelling and inflammation with very light pressure.
Oncology Massage is available with consent from your treating oncologist.
Pregnancy Massage is also available.

Remedial Massage may be covered by private health funds. A suitable receipt will be provided via email
